WHY VANTIVA

Capacity & Demand

Vantiva has 30 vinyl record presses in North America, allowing us to manufacture over 23 million albums per year. In Europe, we have 8 vinyl record presses, allowing us to manufacture 6 million albums per year. We continue to grow our capacity for the music industry to meet the demand of vinyl records while maintaining capacity for CD, DVD, BD, and UHD replication.

Vinyl records are growing in popularity by the day due to their nostalgia and our consumer’s desire for a tangible music interaction. Vinyl also offers a warm sound depth unmatched by digital formats, creating a unique listening experience. For artists, vinyl provides a one-of-a-kind platform for artistic expression and allows them to connect deeply with collectors, making it a smart investment for fostering a loyal fanbase.

Our Facilities

Our North American vinyl record pressing plant is located within a 273k square foot manufacturing facility located in Guadalajara, Mexico with a capacity of 23M+ units annually. Packaging is performed on-site in Guadalajara and in our Mexicali, Mexico campus facility with over 730K square feet of space. Our distribution facility is located in Nashville, Tennessee with over 770K square feet with ability to ship to retailers and direct to consumers.

Our European vinyl record pressing plant is located in Warsaw, Poland with a capacity of 6M units annually. Packaging is performed on-site at the same facility to reduce costs and shorten lead times. Our distribution facilities are located in Warsaw and Rugby, UK. Both have the ability to ship to retailers and direct to consumers.
